The Fund for Assisting Victims of Trafficking in Persons concluded its four-day training programme in Alexandria Governorate, which aimed to raise awareness of human trafficking, enhance the capacities of relevant personnel to identify potential victims, understand indicators of human trafficking crimes, and learn how to respond to cases requiring protection and assistance.
The training programme reflects the Fund’s continued efforts to support capacity-building, develop response mechanisms for victims of human trafficking, and strengthen coordination and cooperation among relevant entities. These efforts contribute to providing victims with the necessary protection, preserving their human dignity, and supporting efforts to rehabilitate, empower, and reintegrate them into society.
The Fund continues its efforts to raise awareness of the risks of human trafficking, strengthen a culture of protection, and emphasize the importance of collective action in combating this crime.
